A commercially focused and strategic finance leader is sought to join a growing and ambitious organisation undergoing significant transformation. Reporting to the Finance Director, this newly created role will lead the FP&A function, delivering insight, challenge and financial direction to support strategic growth and business performance.
The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the Board, with responsibility for:
- Leading financial planning, forecasting and analysis
- Driving business performance reporting and commercial insight
- Supporting long-term strategic planning
- Enhancing financial models, KPIs and reporting capability
- Influencing decision making across the organisation
- Developing and leading a high-performing FP&A team
We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical capability and experience operating in a senior FP&A or commercial finance environment. Candidates should be confident influencing at Executive level and able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Experience within financial services or a regulated environment would be advantageous.
