An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, private equity-backed business experiencing significant growth and transformation. Based on the outskirts of Leeds with a flexible hybrid working pattern, this newly created role offers the chance to partner directly with senior executives and play a key role in driving commercial performance and value creation.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll work closely with the CFO, CEO and wider leadership team, providing commercial challenge, financial insight and strategic support across operational and functional areas. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting and business case development, while helping to shape investment decisions, improve reporting and drive business performance.
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong business partnering experience gained within FP&A or commercial finance. You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and confident influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
