Our client in Bradford is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant/HR Administrator to join their team for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leavers, and general HR processes
  • Manage HR systems effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and report generation
  • Liaise daily with line managers across a busy, fast-paced organisation to facilitate HR activities

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in HR support is essential, with a solid understanding of people processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in HR systems is essential, with the proven capability to run detailed reports
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with managers and staff effectively
  • Organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
