A highly successful and growing organisation is seeking to appoint a Head of Procurement & Sustainability to lead a critical function at the heart of its operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving supplier performance, and embedding sustainability initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing commercial outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organisation's long-term environmental objectives.
The Role
- Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations
- Drive cost optimisation, quality improvement, and delivery performance
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking sustainability strategy aligned to net-zero goals
- Oversee risk management across the supply chain and procurement activities
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team

The Candidate
- We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute leader with:
- Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role

- Experience driving sustainability or ESG initiatives within complex organisations
