We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of an innovative technology company that has experienced exceptional growth and is now seeking a commercially minded and technically strong Head of Finance to become the Number One finance professional within the business.
Working closely with an experienced Fractional CFO, you will lead the finance function, support strategic decision-making and help build the financial infrastructure required for the next stage of growth. This is a broad leadership role offering significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear route to Finance Controller/Director as the business continues to expand.
The Role
- Leading the day-to-day finance function
- Producing monthly management accounts and board reporting
- Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Maintaining robust financial controls and statutory reporting
- Driving process and systems improvements
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and future growth
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experienced in financial reporting and management accounts
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
- Confident improving systems, controls and processes
- Comfortable operating in a growing SME or technology environment
- Ambitious and keen to develop into a future Finance Director or CFO
