A note from Rebecca Lyle, Managing Director: It’s a great opportunity to re-develop and put their own stamp on the finance team, structures and processes. It is a role that will work closely with the MD, supporting our growth plan and working on our ongoing projects. We have a brilliant but small, dedicated finance team who are themselves looking to develop and continue their career plans, and this role would suit someone who can share their knowledge and help develop the team we already have in place. We are focused on care delivery and delivering good quality care and this should shine through in every team. Being part of the finance team, is about finding a way to support our service user goals, our staff benefit goals, and really be an integral part of the team, being able to make things happen.
