An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing, acquisitive manufacturing business in South Yorkshire on an initial 69 month fixed-term contract. This is a highly visible role, sitting as part of the site leadership team, where you'll take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and support the next phase of growth. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Leading the site finance team and developing a high-performance culture. Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and annual budgets. Delivering insightful KPI reporting and financial analysis. Supporting operational and commercial initiatives to improve profitability. Driving margin improvement and cost reduction projects. Reviewing capital investment proposals and monitoring project performance. Strengthening financial controls and balance sheet integrity. Acting as a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team. About You We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who can demonstrate: Previous Finance Manager experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. Experience leading and developing finance teams. Excellent management accounting, forecasting and budgeting skills. Strong ERP and advanced Excel capability. A hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to hit the ground running. TPBN1_UKTJ
