Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience
- Proven financial leadership at board or senior level in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Commercially astute, with experience in pricing, forecasting, and contract support
- Track record in transformation, performance culture, and business partnering
- Experience in private equity or investment-backed environments highly desirable
- HR leadership experience a plus
