On behalf of Franklin Sixth Form College, Pratap Executive is assisting in the appointment of a passionate and dynamic Finance Director to join the College leadership team. Working closely with the Principal/CEO, you will play a central role in shaping the College’s financial strategy; optimizing performance and ensuring sustainable growth as they continue to expand and develop. Getting the right person to join this high-achieving team is the most important part of their search and so, for this reason, Franklin is prepared to be flexible on working hours to attract the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial, legal, and statutory duties of the College
  • Lead the strategic planning process and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Provide exceptional leadership to the Finance and Human Resources teams
  • Work across multiple departments to ensure effective delivery of financial and operational services
  • Deliver strategic financial insights and implement key financial initiatives to support the College’s growth.
