This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a successful and growing business in York!
Pratap Partnership is pleased to be working with a business in York to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in commercially impacting the performance of an already successful group. Â
The successful applicant will partner with the senior leadership team and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, deliver insightful analysis, to support the growth agenda.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Provide timely, insightful performance reporting and variance analysis.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships as the key finance contact.
- Develop and enhance KPI reporting to inform decision-making.
- Lead ad hoc analysis and support key business projects.
To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI production gained in a dynamic business. You will also be a team player and confident communicator, with the ability to nurture excellent working relationships.
