Working in a small, inclusive, supportive finance team, the Finance Business Partner provides essential support to the organisation's operational and strategic financial management, functioning as the primary bridge between finance and operations. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Budgeting and financial planning.
- Assisting with process improvements.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will be studying for a professional financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with advanced Excel skills.
