We are recruiting a part-qualified Finance Business Partner for a privately owned business in Doncaster. They have ambitious growth plans via organic growth and acquisitions. Working in a small, inclusive, supportive finance team, the Finance Business Partner provides essential support to the organisation's operational and strategic financial management, functioning as the primary bridge between finance and operations. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Budgeting and financial planning.
- Assisting with process improvements.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will be studying for a professional financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable. The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships is essential.
