Are you a data-driven finance professional with a flair for leadership and a passion for turning numbers into meaningful insights? As Senior Financial Reporting Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial integrity and decision-making across the organisation.
As Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you will lead a small team to deliver high-quality, timely, and business-critical financial reporting and analysis. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, IT, and the Executive Team, you will help build an analytical centre of excellence. You will takeownership of core financial reporting processes including management accounts, board reporting, budget packs, KPIs, and forecasting while driving improvements in reporting, modelling, and systems. This is a role where you can combine your technical expertise, analytical insight, and leadership skills to make a real difference.

  • Lead and develop a team of two, supporting their growth and career progression.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful reporting across the organisation, from management packs to forecasts and KPIs.
  • Develop financial planning models and support budget consolidation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide expert analysis, clear insights, and actionable recommendations.
