The Digital Transformation Lead will work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and the IT function to deliver the company’s operational digitalisation strategy. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to lead digital transformation and build cutting-edge capabilities across a large, complex site., * Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement digital enhancements that improve processes and productivity.
