We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Derby. This is a TEMPORARY PART-TIME (2 or 3 days per week - flexible) and requires an IMMEDIATE START.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the purpose of the role is to provide support to the team in overseeing and managing the purchase ledger function for the UK and USA:
- Ensuring invoices are coded correctly.
- Dealing with internal staff and suppliers regarding queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential. Good IT skills are required. Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
