Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Board to define and deliver the long term growth, acquisition, and investment strategy.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support informed, data driven decisions.
- Maintain strong financial control, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and commercial performance across all business units.
- Lead financial integration of acquired businesses and oversee major contracts and investments.
- Build and develop a high performing finance function that acts as a proactive business partner across the organisation.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience leading a large finance team in a complex, multi site organisation.
- Proven track record in strategic financial leadership, M&A, and business transformation.
- Commercially astute, tech savvy, and comfortable influencing at board level.
