With 100+ years of heritage, strong EBITDA performance, a loyal customer base and accelerating global demand, the foundations are firmly in place. We’re looking for a Managing Director to set the pace, sharpen the commercial edge, and scale the opportunity.
The Opportunity
- As Managing Director, you will take full ownership of commercial strategy, growth and performance, working closely with the family shareholders and Board to build long-term value.
- You’ll lead a business that:
- Delivers end‑to‑end solutions – from design and manufacture through installation and lifetime support
- Operates across MRI, X-ray, bespoke engineering and servicing, with strong cross‑sell potential
- Serves a blue‑chip client base including major healthcare providers, OEMs and industrial leaders
- Is debt‑free, profitable, and operating in a global market forecast to double in size by 2034
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the commercial strategy, from revenue growth to margin optimisation
- Personally lead major bids, negotiations and high‑value client relationships
- Build momentum across international distributors and export markets
- Strengthen sales discipline, pipeline management and cross‑selling across product lines
- Balance ambition with operational excellence, governance and risk management

Who We’re Looking For
