The role also has an element of engineering service co-ordination for customers. Duties & responsibilities: Develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers via CRM and company-generated leads. Prepare and follow up quotations, converting enquiries into orders. Build customer relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and additional sales. Promote service contracts, maintenance packages and new products as they are introduced. Co-ordinate customer service enquiries and engineering activities, ensuring customers receive a responsive, professional service. Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards agreed sales targets. Experience required: A background in sales or a commercially focused customer-facing role, with the confidence to follow up opportunities, understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales. Experience in a B2B sales role is preferrable but not essential Commercially aware, organised and comfortable balancing proactive selling with operational responsibilities.
