An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing and ambitious business in Bradford. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining a robust control environment and providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the month-end close process and management reporting
  • Managing balance sheet controls and reconciliations
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
  • Business partnering with operational stakeholders
  • Supporting audit processes and strengthening financial controls
  • Overseeing fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure projects
  • Driving process improvements across the finance function

About you:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, controls and forecasting
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across the business
