Job Summary
- Supporting & guiding the business through decisions on the best new systems to implement according to their needs
- Handling the migrations
- Acting as the sole IT support on site, supporting users with hardware & software
- Reporting to the MD
This is a 12-month contract role
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing enterprise-level IT systems with expertise in server management, network security, and systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Hands-on experience with Familiarity with ITIL framework principles
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience overseeing technical teams or projects.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex systems issues critically and implement innovative solutions.
