The purpose of the Accounts Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day and monthly running of the finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include:
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger including supplier invoice processing, accounts reconciliation, and dealing with queries.
- Maintaining the Sales Ledger including credit control, reconciling customer accounts, posting and reconciling payments, and dealing with queries.
- Month-end processing including reconciliations and reporting.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience is desirable. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. Good IT skills are required.
