Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well-established, growing South Yorkshire business with a really diverse operation. You will play an important role within the finance team, taking ownership of the purchase ledger from processing invoices and resolving queries through to supplier reconciliations and payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time. The Job: The purpose of a Purchase Ledger Clerk is to make sure a company's suppliers are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with agreed terms, while keeping the purchase ledger records complete and up to date. Processing supplier invoices onto the system. Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Checking prices, quantities and VAT.
