This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the North of England’s most prestigious luxury hospitality groups at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
Rockliffe Hall, alongside The Pheasant Hotel and The Feversham Arms Hotel, forms part of the Rockliffe Group — a collection of distinctive, high-end properties combining five star luxury with characterful boutique experiences. With significant investment underway, including a multi million pound redevelopment and recent acquisition activity, the group is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with a clear ambition to establish a brand defined by true local luxury with international appeal.
This newly created Group Chief Finance Officer role offers the opportunity to play a central role in that journey. Working closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, you will lead financial strategy across the portfolio, driving performance, supporting growth and helping to shape the future direction of the business. You will bring commercial insight and operational understanding to optimise profitability, enhance reporting and support investment decisions across multiple sites.
This is a true leadership role, combining strategic influence with hands-on impact. You will partner closely with General Managers and functional leaders, build capability across the finance teams and help create a more integrated, high-performing group.
The role will suit a commercially minded Finance Director with extensive experience in the Hotel sector, who would enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, evolving business. Someone who brings both credibility and energy, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.
In return, you will join a business with strong values, a clear growth strategy and a genuine commitment to quality, people and guest experience. There is a highly competitive package and real scope for progression within the wider group.
