A rare opportunity to join one of the region’s most distinctive hospitality/hotel groups at a key point of investment and growth. We are looking for a proven finance leader from the hotel sector — someone who combines commercial acumen, operational credibility, and the confidence to work alongside senior leaders in an entrepreneurial, owner-led business.
The group includes a portfolio of prestigious venues, each with its own identity but united by high standards and ambitious plans. The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy across the portfolio, improve management information, support major redevelopment, and enable growth through strong control and insight.
You will be a qualified accountant with direct experience in the hospitality sector, strong people skills, and the confidence to shape change at pace.
