Shape the next chapter of a respected UK property brand. A great opportunity has emerged for a creative, commercially driven Head of Marketing at Potter Space. We are looking for someone who will own our brand strategy and multi-channel execution. You’ll be working directly at the leadership level to translate business goals into a clear, dominant market presence.
Potter Space is a commercial property company that owns, operates and develops five business parks across the UK, each connected by road or rail to major business arteries and offering links to our key cities and ports. With a clear growth plan in place, this is a rare opportunity for a creative, commercially minded Head of Marketing to build on a strong, trusted brand and take it confidently into its next phase.
This is a senior leadership role blending long-term brand strategy with confident, hands-on creative execution. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to evolve how the Potter Space brand looks, sounds and shows up protecting its credibility while introducing bolder campaigns, standout events and richer content across digital, social and live platforms.
You’ll lead:
- Brand strategy, narrative and consistency
- High-impact campaigns, launches and events
- Content, digital and social channels
- Proposition development and leasing support
- Agencies, budgets and marketing performance
