Location: Ashington.

Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday.

Contract: Permanent.

About The Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role:

This role will involve undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Your Experience:

  • NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.
  • On-site training, approximately 2 years linked building skills to carry out multi-skilled works.
  • CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
  • Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
  • To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies.
  • Understanding of risk assessments.
  • Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
  • A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
