Area Sales Manager – Power Generation (Mobile and Portable) & MHE Pramac, a Generac Company, is a leading player in power generation, light towers, battery storage systems and material handling equipment. Established in 1966, we have grown into a global benchmark in the production of generators and warehouse material handling equipment.
Job Location: London, South East, South West & part of Anglia
Responsibilities:
- Promote, develop and grow sales of the full company product range, including power generation (mobile and portable solutions) and MHE products.
- Manage budgets and ensure achievement of turnover targets for the assigned area.
- Full responsibility for all sales activities across the designated product lines.
- Sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage negotiations and prepare commercial offers.
- Internal reporting using company tools (Salesforce).
Requirements and Skills:
- 5–7 years’ experience as a BDM/Sales professional in the power generation or related industrial equipment sector.
- Ability to manage the sales process methodically, analyze data and interpret results.
- Strong understanding of market development.
- Provide high-level customer service and technical support in a timely manner.
- Team player with the ability to mentor colleagues and share knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow with our company and product range.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s licence.
