Pramac is looking for a Service Engineer BESS to join the team. Pramac is a leader in power generation, light tower and battery storage systems with a long history of providing premium products.
Main accountabilities will be:
- Provide the necessary technical support to the customers related to BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
- Lead the BESS and Hybrid gensets product line services and be a reference for any technical support and consultation.
- Manage the definition and production of technical training materials and troubleshooting guidance for all BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
- Coordinate with factory to resolve field & quality issues.
- Provide technical consultations on warranty reviews and approvals.
- Monitor the aftersales cases for BESS and Hybrid gensets and report on a monthly basis to quality and R&D departments.
About the candidate:
- Proven experience in the same role with a reputed organization.
- Strong communicator with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Solution focused with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong technical experience with the ability to diagnose & troubleshoot control panels, automatic transfer switches and read all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Proven experience in generators controllers programming.
- Proven experience in generators paralleling and synchronization.
- Proven experience in Hybrid systems and inverters.
- Ability to prepare service & technical reports.
