Pramac—part of the world's third-largest diesel generator group and the number one gas generator manufacturer—is looking for an Area Sales Manager – Power Generation (Mobile and Portable) & MHE for the London, South East, South West and part of Anglia regions.
Pramac is a market leader in power generation, light towers, battery storage systems and material handling equipment, with a longstanding history of providing premium products. Main accountabilities include, among others:
- Promote, develop and grow sales of the full Company product range, including power generation (mobile and portable solutions), and MHE products.
- Manage budgets and ensure achievement of turnover targets for the assigned area.
- Full responsibility for all sales activities across the designated product lines.
- Sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage negotiations and prepare commercial offers.
- Internal reporting using company tools (Salesforce).
Requirements and skills:
- 5–7 years' experience as a BDM/Sales professional in the power generation or related industrial equipment sector.
- Ability to manage the sales process methodically, analyze data and interpret results.
- Strong understanding of market development.
- Provide high-level customer service and technical support in a timely manner.
- Team player with the ability to mentor colleagues and share knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow with our company and product range.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's licence.
