As part of Generac Power Systems, one of the world's leading manufacturers of power generation solutions, Pramac is committed to delivering innovative technologies and reliable energy solutions that support customers worldwide. To strengthen our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division in the UK, we are looking for a C&I Technical Sales Manager to join our UK team and contribute to the expansion of our power projects portfolio.

Purpose

As C&I Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new opportunities and the successful delivery of power generation projects within the Commercial & Industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to secure technical and engineered power solutions projects.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.
  • Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and market analysis.
  • Managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award.
  • Supporting both project-based and transactional sales activities.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and promoting Pramac solutions within the market.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the power generation, energy, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record of generating new business and developing customer relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce as CRM.
  • Experience managing complex project-based sales opportunities.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
