About the Role

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division in the UK to support the expansion of our power projects portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure technical and engineered power solutions projects.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and market analysis.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award.
  • Support both project-based and transactional sales activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promote Pramac solutions within the market.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the power generation, energy, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record of generating new business and developing customer relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM.
  • Experience managing complex project-based sales opportunities.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
