At Praktika we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors. We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars. After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior Content Manager to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring. In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
- Content Strategy: Turn organic growth goals (reach, engagement, virality) into clear content hypotheses and tests. Identify platform-specific opportunities and trending formats across social channels.
- End-to-End Execution: Own ideation, production, publishing, and iteration of organic content (both branded and organic). Manage creators, UGC contributors (at scale), editors, motion designers, and AI tools. Maintain high content velocity and quality across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Performance & Optimization: Analyze content performance at a granular level (hook, narrative, format, platform). Kill underperformers fast, double down on viral hits aggressively. Own reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and organic conversion metrics.
- Driven Production: Use AI for ideation, scripting, editing, captions, repurposing, and localization. Build repeatable AI workflows to increase output quality and speed. Leverage AI for trend identification and content personalization.
- Testing & Learning: Run a structured content testing framework across platforms. Document learnings and turn them into repeatable content playbooks. A/B test hooks, formats, CTAs, and posting strategies.
- Cross-Functional Work: Partner with growth, product, community, and brand teams. Feed content insights back into product messaging and positioning. Support paid teams with organic learnings and top-performing concepts.
Requirements: 3–5 years in organic social content or growth for mobile apps/consumer brands in the US. Proven performance-driven mindset with viral content experience in the US as a key region. Strong data literacy and platform analytics expertise. Hands‑on AI tools usage, experience automating content workflows using AI. Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution. High ownership, low ego. Ready for hard work and fast iteration.
