We are a global small team of 40 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring. • You run weekly Discord live events focused on speaking practice.
    • Organize and host language practice sessions across key languages.

    • Turn events into content and moments worth sharing.
  • Face of the Community
    • You are on camera and visible.
    • Create YouTube videos with product updates, walk-throughs, and honest reviews.
    • Present features clearly and confidently.
    • Be the bridge between product and users, including surfacing feedback internally.
    • Show personality without making it about you.
  • Brand Curation
    • We have scale - now we need taste and consistency.
    • Help define how Praktika sounds, looks, and behaves in community spaces.
    • Align Discord, YouTube, and social presence into one coherent brand voice.

  • You are structured enough to run weekly programming without chaos.

  • You are proactive. You do not wait for instructions.
  • You can balance warmth with authority in community spaces.

It would be great if you:

  • Speak multiple languages.
  • Are an AI/tech enthusiast and love experimenting with AI products.
  • Have hosted live events or workshops before.
  • Have experience with YouTube or long-form video content.
  • Have worked with consumer apps or creator-led brands.
