What We're Building

We're building an AI-native copilot for recruitment powered by smart agents, and built on intelligent databases. It's HR tech reimagined with today's tools and tomorrow's intelligence. We're not here to build yet another dashboard with 300 filters. We're here to create something useful, smart, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

Who We're Looking For

We're not just looking for a CTO. We're looking for a technical co-founder who is as excited about what we're building as how we're building it. A product-minded engineer who codes but thinks in terms of flows, UX, system design, and user needs. Someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just ship tickets.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have a background in Data, ML, or AI, and enjoy making things truly usable.
  • Have built or launched something significant: a side project, a startup, open-source software, or just something people loved.
  • Use (or are curious about) modern stacks: TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Next.js, Vercel, LangChain, vector databases, etc.
  • Care about great UX as much as great code.
  • Believe in fast iteration, clean design, and thoughtful architecture.
  • See yourself more as a builder with taste than just a pure engineer.
  • Have 3 to 7 years of experience (or an equivalent skill level).
  • Bonus: experience with recruiting, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or AI tooling.
