  • Gain a deep level of understanding so that you can provide rapid review, evaluation and analysis of process and machine issues.
  • Develop an excellent level of TAL15K process and machine understanding in order to carry out customer support activities.
  • Work with machine suppliers to develop solutions that enable a FlexIC inlay assembly process at high volume.
  • Give valued, meaningful input to help drive projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Work on projects which require judgement in resolving issues and making valuable recommendations.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to provide technical support to offsite customer engagements.
  • Assist in qualifying machine upgrades to run the Pragmatic products.
  • Provide high quality mentoring and training to staff.
  • Write technical reports, collation, and interpretation of data.

  • Ability and willingness to spend a significant amount of time travelling.
  • Experience of R2R (reel-to-reel) processing would be advantageous.
  • PFMEA, PCP and OCAP (advantage).
  • Label conversion processing (advantage).
