  • Turn client work, meetings and workshops into valuable marketing content and resources.
  • Monitor marketing performance, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive sustainable business growth.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months you will have:

  • Established a clear and consistent marketing presence.
  • Created a rolling three-month marketing plan.
  • Generated qualified enquiries through multiple channels.
  • Identified which marketing activities deliver the greatest commercial value.

About You

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging digital content.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.

You'll enjoy taking ownership, working independently and turning ideas into measurable results.

Desirable

  • Experience within consultancy, professional services, energy, sustainability, compliance or other regulated sectors.
  • Awareness of B Corp, responsible business or climate-related themes.

What We Offer

  • 25 hours per week with a flexible working pattern.
  • Fully home-based role within the UK.
  • Opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a growing consultancy.
  • Career progression as the business expands.
  • Six-month formal review with future progression and performance-related reward based on contribution.
  • Supportive, values-led working environment.
