The Venue Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift of our public areas and entertainment venue across the resort.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Venue Cleaning Manager, ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are carried out by the team.
- Lead and monitor team members who clean our entertainment venues after shows, maintain all toilet facilities across the resorts, move and reset venue furniture, and perform high-level cleaning at heights using industrial equipment for indoor and outdoor requirements.
- Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key metrics related to the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach; hold the team to account to ensure standards are met.
- Conduct quality control checks and lead feedback conversations; manage to execute the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy.
- Oversee the implementation of the initial 90-day program for new team members and oversee all personnel-related activities from onboarding through the full employee lifecycle, including PDPs, performance management, and formal HR processes.
- Set clear objectives and PDPs for your team, support team surveys, lead action plans, uphold brand standards, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering cleaning standards and driving improvements in Guest and Employee NPS.
- Ability to conduct quality control checks, lead feedback conversations, and manage performance.
- Experience implementing the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy and CAFF standards.
- Availability: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends; late shift pattern 5:30pm - 2:00am.
- Training and development responsibilities including onboarding and full employee lifecycle, including PDPs and formal HR processes.
- Strong focus on health and safety compliance.

We’re looking for someone who can ensure the delivery of our cleaning standards while driving improvements in both Guest and Employee NPS. You’ll be responsible for conducting quality control checks and leading feedback conversations. Additionally, you’ll manage effectively to execute the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy.
