About the Role
Lead one of the UK’s largest and most exciting swimming pool complexes, Splash Waterworld.
- Own the daily operations of the venue and keep a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
- Keep the numbers in check: P&L, NPS, payroll and take action to keep the venue on track.
- Plan rotas, resource planning and guest volumes to deliver on service and business performance.
- Coaching, developing and celebrating success of your team to build a culture where everyone shines.
- Collaborate with other teams and leaders across Butlins to make sure our guests have an amazing time every time.
About You
You should hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and have previous experience leading a venue. You are a natural people person who loves leading by example, commercially savvy and understands how to balance great service with strong business performance. You are super organised, confident communicator, thrive in a team environment and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
