About the Role
Our lifeguards are dedicated to ensuring that guests enjoy their time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at our Splash Waterworld. Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail. You will interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool during busy periods and enforce safety rules.
- Promote and organize poolside activities, creating memorable experiences while maintaining safety.
- Supervise certain areas independently when required.
- Work evenings and weekends, including the Big Weekender breaks and occasional shifts in the Bars department.
Qualifications
- Strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) required; previous lifeguard qualification is desirable.
- Minimum age 18 or over.
- Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people.
Work Schedule
Full-time role covering 35 hours per week, five days over seven, including evenings and weekends.
Additional Benefits
Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area for this full-time position.
