The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced HR and Office Administrator to join our People team. The role will initially provide office administration and operational support during a maternity cover period until November 2026, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting senior leaders. Following the maternity cover period, the role will transition into a dedicated HR Administration role, supporting the People team with HR systems, employee records, recruitment coordination and general HR processes. This role requires someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. The role is based in our Wilmslow office, with occasional travel to our Manchester (Spinningfields) office for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
- Coordinate office supplies, contractors and facilities management.
- Support senior leaders (CEO and CFO) with diary coordination, meeting scheduling, travel bookings and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist with organising internal events, including socials, wellbeing initiatives and charity activities.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage documentation and approvals using DocuSign and maintain organised records.
- Support the People team with HR administration, onboarding processes and maintaining employee records.
- Maintaining accurate employee data within the HR system (HiBob).
- Supporting onboarding processes and preparing documentation for new starters.
- Drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
- Responding to basic HR queries and supporting employees with day-to-day requests.
- Supporting recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, arranging interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assisting with internal HR processes and maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Supporting internal communications, HR reporting and People team projects where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced administrator, ideally with experience supporting HR or business support teams.
- Highly organised, reliable and detail oriented.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and quality outputs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
- Comfortable using systems and tools such as DocuSign and HR platforms.
- Professional, approachable and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
