THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the sales team with reporting, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
  • Manage order processing and maintain accurate data in ERP systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and order tracking
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Marketing Execution
  • Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, events)
  • Support trade shows, events, and promotional activities
  • Data & Reporting
  • Track campaign and sales performance metrics
  • Prepare reports to support business decision-making
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
