Candidate Evaluation Criteria

• Priority will be given to candidates available to join immediately or within one week.
• Background verification (BGV) is mandatory. The candidate should have PF, Form-16, or valid bank statements for all companies they have previously worked with.
• Do not share profiles with frequent job changes or multiple employment switches.
• The expected salary hike should be between 20-30%.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office (5 days a week or hybrid model) as per the requirement.
