Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Orders Fulfilment & Stock Coordinator
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing both online and B2B orders. You’ll be responsible for picking/packing orders, receiving and processing incoming stock, and maintaining accurate records of all activity.
You’ll also liaise with the sales team and handle customer enquiries to ensure excellent service from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and despatch all customer and B2B orders
Receive incoming deliveries and record them accurately in the system
Organise and store stock in correct locations, maintaining a tidy inventory
Liaise with the sales team to ensure trade orders are processed accurately and on time
Respond to customer emails and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock
Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or customer service is a bonus
