JOB PURPOSE

To support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the implementation of the overall recruitment process. To assist with the coordination of talent management, including the sourcing, screening, interview, and hiring process for the retail store positions. Manage the full cycle of recruiting to source, select, and hire top talents for the North Europe locations in support of hiring needs.

Maintain effective recruitment processes, systems, and tools for delivering an excellent candidate experience and contributing to the representation of Prada Group employment brand and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team with coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief through to offer stage ensuring all candidates and stakeholders are kept up to date.
  2. Build strong relationships with the HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand and meet the hiring needs.
  3. Use sourcing tools, including managing processes within the ATS – SuccessFactors, Group Careers site, and other digital tools.
  4. Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring process and creatively look for ways to increase efficiency of the hiring process.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment/applicant files in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  6. Coordinate and collect documents requested for recruitment, process new hires, and send communications to relevant parties (HR, payroll, Hiring Managers).
  7. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in processing requests for reports for the line and internal functions.
  8. Be a Brand Ambassador, conveying the Brand.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  1. Previous experience in high-volume recruitment.
  2. Good communication and relationship skills.
  3. Proven experience building and delivering strategic recruitment plans with a track record of recruiting within multiple functions and geographical markets.
  4. Similar experience within an agency or in-house.
  5. High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to various contexts and situations.
  6. Proficient in digital tools.
  7. Good knowledge of the Office package.
  8. Passion and affinity for luxury fashion with good knowledge of the industry.
