JOB PURPOSE
The Prada Stock Controller supports the Stock Manager in warehouse management and provides services to the store. They ensure proper handling of goods, compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures, and respond to customer needs both in-store and online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect and care for products according to company guidelines
- Manage goods receipt and storage efficiently, preparing products for sale or special areas
- Handle shop-to-shop and return transfers per guidelines
- Process E-Commerce orders ensuring service levels
- Manage flow of damaged, not sellable, or repair products
- Organize packaging, stationery, display objects, uniforms, and gifts
- Ensure proper protection and packaging for all products and transfers
- Follow theft protocols, including communication and documentation
- Assist in system investigations and product documentation
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories
- Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness
- Optimize warehouse space in collaboration with management
- Support sales activities and collaborate with visual merchandising
- Maintain relationships with providers and organize archives
- Adhere to KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from management
