Supports the Business and Brand by planning and delivering in‑store events, presentations, and special initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards, creative direction and approved budgets. In line with corporate brand strategy and market insights, executes activities and events that drive business growth, strengthen client relationships and enhance the Brand’s presence within stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end to end conception and execution of events, working closely with all relevant functions in the region and headquarters.
  • Develop and propose innovative retail event formats tailored to the needs of the market and prepare event proposals for alignment with HQ.
  • Oversee the full execution of events, including venue scouting, timeline planning, budgeting, and the coordination of services such as catering, security, casting, fittings, logistics, and guest management.
  • Plan, manage, and review event budget across stores, monitoring activities, timelines and execution costs.
  • Drive efficiency by continually identifying and evaluating new vendors and suppliers to enhance event delivery.
  • Produce comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports on events executed within the relevant regions and monitor return on investment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Similar experience in an events role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry, demonstrating proven experience across the key responsibilities outlined.
  • Strong relational and organisational skills.
  • A genuine interest and aptitude for fashion and luxury products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
