JOB PURPOSE

To serve as an \”ambassador\” who conveys the Brand\’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
• Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to preventing theft.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
