JOB PURPOSE
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPIs and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team target, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to customer needs for both in store and on ecommerce channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
- Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels.
- Prepare the flow of damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repair.
- Organise the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems.
- Organise the Display objects system.
- Participate in the correct management of Uniforms flow.
- Participate in the correct management of Gifts flow.
- Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Ensure that company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced.
- Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives.
- Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system.
- Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timing.
- Support the management of warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Support Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager).
- Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need.
- Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used.
- Keep updates and organise the archive on a monthly basis.
- Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Experience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
- Ability to work in a team as well as alone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
