PRADA is seeking a Retail Trainer for North Europe on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role develops, implements and delivers Retail/Store Training programmes to all sales staff across the region, aligning with HQ training and brand standards to drive KPIs such as Sales, VPT and Customer Experience.

Start date ideally August/September 2026; collaborates with Retail, HR and Marketing to identify local needs, creates programs using in-person and digital delivery, coaches on clienteling.
