As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and providing services to the Store. You ensure correct handling of goods in store, complying with KPIs and guidelines and company procedures for product care. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to customer needs both in-store and on the e-commerce channel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
  • Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency
  • Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines
  • Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers), making sure to guarantee the required service levels
  • Prepare the flow of damaged products, not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment …), products under repair
  • Organize the packaging and stationery physically and on the IT systems
  • Organize the display objects system
  • Participate in the correct management of uniform flow
  • Participate in the correct management of gifts flow
  • Correct protection and packaging of product both inside the store and for transfers, including e-commerce shipments
  • Ensure company guidelines are adopted in event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced
  • Support in prompt investigation in event of system negatives
  • Manage the flow of product and related documentation, recording movement in IT system
  • Participate in organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories of finished product and accessory locations, respecting company timing
  • Support warehouse activities related to sales
  • Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Support Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager)
  • Support Sales Associates in sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising team if needed
  • Maintain contacts and relationships with providers used
  • Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis
  • Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager or Headquarters

Qualifications

  • Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
  • Understanding of luxury customer service
  • Experience building a long‑lasting relationship with clients
  • Ability to work in a team as well as alone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
