As a ‘brand ambassador,’ your role is to convey the Brand’s philosophy and values. You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to theft prevention.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience in a similar luxury womens ready-to-wear role.
• Passion for human relations and sales.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and passion for the relevant product category.
